KIXE Auction

KIXE TV in Redding is looking for good quality original art for their annual art auction on April 21-22. They are looking for fine art works in all media including glass, pottery, jewelry, bronze, oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolor and drawings. Pieces must be framed or otherwise ready for sale, and valued at no less than $100. The average value of art in the auction is $200 to 500. Donated art may be dropped off at the Highland Art Center or the Main Street Gallery in Weaverville no later than March 31. Call KIXE Auction Dept at (530) 243-5493 to arrange a donation. Proceeds from the auction are used to support Channel 9 Public Broadcasting Station (PBS TV).
